Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Crawley. This role is ideal for someone caring, resilient and interested in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant in Crawley, you may support pupils with autism, PMLD, SLD, MLD, sensory needs, communication needs, physical needs, SEMH or medical needs. You will help pupils feel safe, access learning, take part in activities and develop confidence and independence.
