Pink Tile Education is recruiting a Pastoral and Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Chichester. This role suits someone emotionally intelligent, calm and able to support pupils with both behaviour and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Help pupils with routines, confidence, friendships, emotional regulation, behaviour and access to learning.
- Support anxious, withdrawn, dysregulated, low‑confidence pupils and manage classroom environment.
- Ensure pupils feel heard while maintaining safe, clear, consistent boundaries.
Ideal Background
- Experience in pastoral support, youth work, care, mentoring, mental health support, SEND, SEMH, behaviour support, family support or alternative provision.
