The Role
Depending on the position, you will:
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Create a safe, happy, and inclusive environment
- Support children during play, routines, and transitions
- Assist with lunchtime care, promoting independence and positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a calm and nurturing setting
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young children (nursery or early years setting)
- Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic
- Understands the importance of routines, play, and emotional wellbeing
- Works well as part of a team and uses initiative
- Holds (or is working towards) an Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential, depending on role)
