The Role

Depending on the position, you will:

  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
  • Create a safe, happy, and inclusive environment
  • Support children during play, routines, and transitions
  • Assist with lunchtime care, promoting independence and positive behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a calm and nurturing setting
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with young children (nursery or early years setting)
  • Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic
  • Understands the importance of routines, play, and emotional wellbeing
  • Works well as part of a team and uses initiative
  • Holds (or is working towards) an Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential, depending on role)
