Full-Time | All-Year-Round Nursery
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established, all-year-round nursery in the Chichester area. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident early years professional to take on a leadership role within a warm, supportive, and child-focused setting.
Working Pattern:
- 4 full days: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- 1 half day: 8:00am – 1:30pm
The Role:
- Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Managing and supporting a team of Early Years practitioners
- Ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Overseeing safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted requirements
- Supporting staff development, training, and performance
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Confident team leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and education
- Ability to manage responsibilities effectively within a busy environment
