Full-Time | All-Year-Round Nursery

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established, all-year-round nursery in the Chichester area. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident early years professional to take on a leadership role within a warm, supportive, and child-focused setting.

Working Pattern:

  • 4 full days: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • 1 half day: 8:00am – 1:30pm

The Role:

  • Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Managing and supporting a team of Early Years practitioners
  • Ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Overseeing safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted requirements
  • Supporting staff development, training, and performance

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
  • Confident team leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and education
  • Ability to manage responsibilities effectively within a busy environment
