About the role

Pink Tile Education are recruiting an Inclusion Support Assistant for a school in Chichester. This Inclusion Support Assistant role in Chichester would suit someone who believes every child should feel safe, included and able to take part in school life.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils who may need extra help with learning, emotional regulation, communication, confidence, social skills or behaviour.
  • Work with pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety or speech and language needs.
  • Provide 1:1 support, small-group work and help pupils access the classroom successfully.

Location and contract

  • Location: Chichester
  • Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
  • Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available
  • Start: As soon as possible or September

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone patient, positive and resilient. Experience in schools, childcare, care, youth work, SEND, mental health support, behaviour support, tutoring or coaching would be useful.
