Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a small alternative provision in Chichester. This specific Chichester provision supports pupils who may have struggled in mainstream school due to behaviour, anxiety, SEMH needs, low attendance, exclusions or disrupted learning.
You will be working with pupils in small groups and 1:1, supporting routines, emotional regulation, confidence and engagement. The provision needs a Teaching Assistant who can build relationships, stay calm during challenging moments and help pupils take small steps back towards learning.
Temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent roles are available.
