Pink Tile Education is recruiting for a specialist SEMH school in Chichester that supports children and young people aged 2–19 years. We are looking for a confident Teaching Assistant to join the team this September, working primarily with primary-aged pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands that behaviour is a form of communication and is passionate about helping children develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Following a successful placement through Pink Tile Education, there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position with the school.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.

About the School
This specialist SEMH school in Chichester provides education and therapeutic support for children and young people aged 2–19 years. Pupils have a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, and many have experienced significant barriers to learning. Although this role will focus on supporting primary-aged pupils, you will be joining a school that offers a consistent and nurturing approach across all age groups. Classes are kept small, with a teacher and additional Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants, allowing every child to receive the individual support they need.
Your Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEMH needs and additional behavioural challenges.
