Pink Tile Education are looking for a Positive Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Brighton. This role is ideal for someone who can bring calm, patience and encouragement to pupils who need extra support during the school day.
As a Positive Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, confidence, routines, emotional regulation and learning engagement. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, communication needs or social difficulties. This role is not about controlling pupils; it is about building trust, modelling positive choices and helping children feel capable of succeeding in school.
This role may suit someone with experience in youth work, care, coaching, mentoring, SEND support, mental health support, behaviour support, pastoral support or alternative provision. The school is looking for someone who can be warm, firm, fair and consistent.
