The role
- Finding and registering great educators and support staff
- Advertising vacancies and following up applications
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding what they’re looking for
- Supporting candidates through compliance and onboarding
- Managing candidate availability and bookings
- Working closely with consultants to help fill vacancies
- Being a friendly, reassuring point of contact throughout a candidate’s journey
