What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism.
- Inspiring and motivating students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and where applicable, Key Stage 5.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress and attainment.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students.
- Working collaboratively with department teams, pastoral staff, and senior leaders.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school and supporting student wellbeing.
