- Supporting students with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs.
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Developing your understanding of classroom practice, behaviour management, and effective teaching strategies.
