Behaviour Support INA – Bexhill Secondary School
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support INA to work within a secondary school in Bexhill, supporting pupils who need help managing behaviour and staying engaged in learning.
This is a specific Bexhill secondary school with a pastoral and inclusion team that supports pupils who may struggle with regulation, confidence, attendance, routines or relationships with adults.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in lessons, during transitions and when they need time to reset.
- Maintain calm, use initiative and build respectful relationships without trying to be “one of the lads”.
Experience / Requirements
- Experience in behaviour support, secondary education, sport, mentoring, care, youth work or SEND.
