Pink Tile Education is looking for a Behaviour Mentor for a school in Bexhill. This role will suit someone who is calm, confident and able to build positive relationships with pupils who may find school difficult.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, routines, confidence and engagement in learning. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma‑related needs or social communication difficulties. The role is about helping pupils feel safe, supported and able to make positive choices.
