Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils at a secondary school in Bognor Regis. This specific Bognor Regis school is looking for someone to work with pupils who may struggle with behaviour, routines, emotional regulation, attendance or engagement in class.

You will support pupils in lessons, around the school site and when they need help to reset. The school needs a Teaching Assistant who can stay calm, avoid power struggles and build relationships without becoming too informal.
