Pink Tile Education Ltd is assisting a Hastings secondary school in recruiting a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance, confidence, routines or engagement in lessons. You will work closely with pastoral staff, teachers and senior leaders to help pupils make better choices and stay connected to school, with a calm, consistent approach to boundaries and support across lessons and around the site.
