Pink Tile Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant for a school in Crawley.

The role is suited to someone who is confident, consistent, and calm under pressure, with a genuine interest in helping pupils make better choices and re‑engage with learning.

You will work with pupils with SEMH needs and support staff to help pupils stay in class, follow routines and feel safe during the school day.
