Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Behaviour Recovery Teaching Assistant for a school in Shoreham. This role would suit someone who can support pupils after difficult moments and help them return to learning calmly and positively.
As a Behaviour Recovery Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour, transitions, confidence or engagement in lessons. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, communication needs or trauma‑related barriers. The role is about helping pupils reset, reflect, rebuild trust and rejoin school life successfully.
