Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant for a school in Hastings. As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, routines and engagement in learning. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma backgrounds or social communication difficulties.
The school is looking for someone who can stay calm, set clear boundaries and become a positive, reliable adult during the school day.
