Pink Tile Education Ltd is recruiting a Behaviour and Inclusion Teaching Assistant for a school in Bexhill.

The role involves helping pupils stay included in learning and supporting behaviour, routines and emotional regulation.

You will assist pupils with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD or communication difficulties, aiming to keep them safe, engaged and ready to participate in school life.

Prior experience in youth work, SEND or mentoring is beneficial.
