Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Behaviour Assistant with a mental health focus for a school in Burgess Hill. This Behaviour Assistant role is ideal for someone who wants to support pupils with emotional wellbeing, behaviour, confidence and access to learning.
As a Behaviour Assistant, you may work with pupils who experience anxiety, low self-esteem, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, trauma‑related difficulties or emotional regulation challenges. You will help pupils stay calm, follow routines, manage transitions and feel able to engage with school in a positive way.
