We are working with a specialist SEMH setting in the Andover area that is looking to appoint a Pupil Support Assistant on a long-term basis. The school supports pupils who require additional support with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement in education. Many pupils have experienced disrupted schooling and benefit from a consistent and supportive approach. This role is both challenging and highly rewarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day
  • Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
