12 month fixed term contract - Maternity Cover (Possibility to extend)
London based / Hybrid - three days a week in studio
We’re looking for an experienced Client Lead to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover contract who can balance strategic client leadership with strong operational delivery, bringing structure, momentum and collaboration across their accounts.
As the lead voice across a portfolio of key client partnerships, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Employer Brand Strategists and our wider creative teams to deliver exceptional employer brand and recruitment marketing work.
This role is ideal for someone who has plenty of employer brand experience under their belt, thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, knows how to build trusted relationships, and can confidently lead teams, shape processes and keep projects moving forward.
What you’ll do
- Lead strategic client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
- Drive high-quality delivery across employer brand and recruitment marketing projects
- Line manage and develop up to 4 Project Managers, alongside fellow Client Leads
- Bring structure, clarity and rigour to ways of working and delivery processes
- Act as a trusted partner and senior escalation point for clients and internal teams
- Support forecasting, account planning and commercial growth opportunities
- Champion collaboration, innovation and best practice across Client Services
- Contribute to pitches and wider agency growth initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Significant client services, account management or project leadership experience within an agency environment
- Strong employer brand and/or recruitment marketing experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop people and build strong stakeholder relationships
- A strategic mindset combined with a proactive, delivery-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence working with project management tools and delivery processes
