The Reception Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the reception and guest services desk during overnight hours (8pm-8am) at a Pink Moon Boutique Camping accommodation site. This role ensures that guests receive professional and efficient support throughout the night, while maintaining safety, organisation, and smooth operations.
Working independently, the Night Manager acts as the main point of contact during night shifts, handling guest enquiries, late check-ins, incident management, and coordination with security or event management teams as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk during overnight hours
- Handle late guest arrivals, check-ins, and enquiries
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- Monitor the reception area and maintain a safe, professional environment
- Act as the main overnight contact for accommodation-related issues
- Liaise with security, site management, and emergency services if required
- Record and report incidents, guest concerns, or operational updates for the day team
- Ensure reception areas remain organised and presentable throughout the shift
- Support festival staff and guests with information or assistance as needed
- Ensure other FOH facilities remain clean, tidy and presentable

- Latitude – 23rd July – 27th July
- Camp Bestival – 30th July – 3rd August
- Rewind South – 21st August – 24th August (Overlap with Sandringham – you would only be at one of these jobs)
- Electric Picnic – 27th August – 31st August
You are not expected to be available for every event; however, we will prioritise people who can commit to a number of different shows across the summer.
