We’re looking for a Designer & Creative Artworker to join a superb marketing agency's creative team in Lymington, Hampshire area.
Your responsibilities will include working with the internal team and client stakeholders to deliver creative Artworking and concept designs through to full designs. You will have strong print design expertise for brochures, signage, banners and carry out or be keen to learn digital design for web graphics, social and website pages.

The role requires you to:
- Own print focused creative Artworking for brochures, banners, signage and more.
- Be well versed in artwork and creative design layouts.
- Support on design for digital projects, including websites, landing pages, emails, digital campaigns and advertising.
- Conceptualise creative and thoughtful visuals from client brief.
- Support with the creation of wireframes and prototypes.
- Come forward with creative ideas and help our clients to improve their creative offering.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Liaise with clients, external suppliers and developers.
- Support with editing videos and to storyboard and execute your ideas to create digital advertising videos, website videos, and show reels.
- Have a good attention to detail for typography and creative layouts/Artworking.
- Help create and develop branding projects for both digital and traditional media.
- Present your ideas to internal teams and client stakeholders with clear rationale and insight.
Skills and experience:
- 1-2 years design experience.
- Portfolio of design work.
- Ideally some agency experience.
- Some experience with Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Ability to collaborate with our team and clients.
- Good levels of organisational and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail, especially when it comes to design layouts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Passion for digital, innovation and future technology.
