Marketing Account/Project Manager We are currently seeking an experienced marketing, advertising, or media focused account/project manager to join a superb (and extremely friendly) agency who are going through growth. We ideally want to offer 25-30 hours per week (part-time) to be spread flexibly across 5 working days, including some core hours of (close to) 9-12 Monday – Friday. (So ideal for those seeking something that works around family life the pet turtle you have in the garden, or the time you need, to just be you) For this role you will be a person who is keen to: Ensure every project hits deadlines, systems operate without a hitch, and nothing falls through the cracks! Reporting into our CEO & Founder (and as part of a small but vibrant team) you are the glue that keeps everything together. Your superpower is getting the right things done, in the right order, to a high standard. Here\’s what you\’ll do: Manage client onboarding and all project logistics from kick-off to delivery Setting up work and tracking timelines, dependencies, and deadlines inside ClickUp – reporting on team capacity and progress Brief internal creative and writing teams plus freelancers, keep outputs on track, review for quality (against QA checklists) Build and maintain our SOPs, templates, ClickUp cards and AI prompt libraries Publish content on our clients’ websites and social media channels, as well as our own – accurately and on time Communicate with our clients on a regular basis – keeping them updated on work status, and helping to develop and grow strong, lasting relationships with them Bringing AI into our systems and processes in order to make us faster and more efficient, enabling us to improve our deliverables and overall client satisfaction without compromising on quality (or using it too much! – Trust me we can see an AI generated CV a mile off) Line management of 1 direct report – coaching and development This Role is NOT For: Those wanting to own strategy or create content – you focus on delivery, not ideation Anyone bogged down by drama or ego – we like to keep it positive and collaborative People who freeze under deadlines or curve balls The Tools You’ll Use: ClickUp (if you have experience with Trello, Asana, Basecamp that will be useful too) WordPress (content posting skills a big bonus) Buffer, HubSpot, SproutSocial (social scheduling tools) Descript, Riverside (video editing basics) ConvertKit (email management) Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) Slack & Zoom (remote team comms) You’re Perfect For This If You: Think in checklists, not chaos! Are detail-obsessed – typos, misaligned images and errors don’t get past you. Love systems, deadlines, and process, with a passion to communicate clearly You genuinely enjoy communicating with clients and developing strong working relationships with them Are tech-savvy – new tools excite (don’t stress) you Are a problem solver and an independent self-starter. Everything is figure-outable!
