Our international presence helps businesses solve complex payment needs in every major economy across all time zones. We are now scaling and seeking a Solution Architect Director who will design, develop, and help implement scalable payment systems that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
The position reports to the Global CEO (International Business). Work alongside the Integration manager and the BD representative to analyze client requirements and design end-to-end solutions tailored to their payment needs, ensuring compliance with global payment standards and regulations.
Derive and deliver vertical specific standard solution package according to the priority verticals set forth by the BD team. Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre, during and post sales process, helping clients understand the value and capabilities of our solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (integration, product, engineering, compliance) and external stakeholders (corporate clients, financial institution clients) to define and refine payment architectures.
Develop and maintain comprehensive solution blueprints, technical specifications, and user guides to support implementation and post-deployment phases.
Deep understanding of cross-border payments, corporate treasury processes, and global payment networks (e.g., strong experience with API integrations, microservices architecture, and data security protocols). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to the cross-border payment industry.
