We are now scaling and seeking a Solution Architect Director who will design, develop, and help implement scalable payment systems that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
The position reports to the Global CEO (International Business). The incumbent will work closely with clients, product managers, integration managers and development teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Solution Design: Work alongside the Integration manager and the BD representative to analyze client requirements and design end-to-end solutions tailored to their payment needs, ensuring compliance with global payment standards and regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre, during and post sales process, helping clients understand the value and capabilities of our solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (integration, product, engineering, compliance) and external stakeholders (corporate clients, financial institution clients) to define and refine payment architectures.
- Integration Management: Work alongside the Integration Manager to effectively and smoothly implement our payment solutions with clients' existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity with APIs, gateways, and third-party services.
- Innovation & Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in cross-border payments to enhance our offerings continuously. Propose potential improvements to existing solutions.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive solution blueprints, technical specifications, and user guides to support implementation and post-deployment phases.
WHO YOU ARE
- Educated to a graduate level.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, ideally within fintech or payment service provider environments.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, corporate treasury processes, and global payment networks (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, real-time payment systems).
- Passion for innovation and crafting top-tier, reusable professional services offerings, and enablement of Sales teams to GTM with these offerings.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to cut through ambiguity to produce strategic insights and opportunities.
- Knowledge of the sales cycles of a SaaS product or a technology platform for strategic enterprise customers.
- A proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment across a broad set of stakeholders, including engineering, sales, support, product, marketing, and senior leadership to achieve growth targets.
