We are now scaling and seeking an Acquiring Product Development Director with deep experience in card acquiring to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our acquiring product line. You’ll partner closely with our Business Development, Sales, and Product Marketing local business unit teams and global product centres to build a cohesive user journey that delivers the right product to the right users at the right time.

Drive Scheme membership / Bin Sponsorship management and scheme certification processes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Design and evolve key features: onboarding, authorisation, processing and routing, risk controls, tokenisation. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure alignment with regulatory and scheme requirements. Work with Engineering to build APIs and back-office tools to manage card lifecycle events, transaction flows, and dispute processes. Partner with Marketing, BD, and Sales to develop compelling use cases and go-to-market strategies for new geographies, verticals and segments. Track and improve key acceptance performance KPIs (acceptance rates, geographic coverage, etc.).

10+ years in product management, including at least 3 years focused on card acquiring, within a scheme, fintech, neobank, card processor, or EMI. Understanding of KYC, authorization, clearing/settlement, fraud, and card scheme compliance. English both in writing and speaking. Educated with a relevant degree in business, project management, or a related field. Understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to adapt to the global environment. Ability to juggle several projects and shift priorities as needed. Exhibiting a creative and innovative, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
