- Support the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, preparing and trafficking assets, checking live activity, maintaining trackers and following up on deadlines with internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to help prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data to support recommendations for improvement and optimisation.
- Prepare timely, precise reports on campaign outcomes for your Account Manager to review before sharing with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and developments within both the Chinese and Western digital marketing landscapes to foster growth and innovation within your accounts.
- Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, capture clear notes, follow up on actions, and build toward leading your own sections of the conversation.
- Help identify opportunities for account growth and expansion and raise them with your Account Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Some exposure to marketing or client services. Relevant internships, placements or university projects in digital marketing or the education sector are highly valued. Recent graduates and those in their first role are welcome to apply.
- A working understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media and search engines, and a genuine interest in building expertise across both Chinese and Western platforms, with the ability to assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns.
- High AI literacy, confident using AI tools (such as Claude or Gemini) in everyday work, with sound judgement about where they help, where they do not, and what needs checking.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and support communication with key external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a rigorous approach to data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive, detail-driven attitude and a willingness to learn, you ask questions, take feedback well and follow things through.
Preferred Skills
- Western digital marketing ecosystem: familiarity with, or hands-on exposure to, platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Applied use of AI: a track record of using AI to improve your own productivity, drafting and editing, research and competitor scans, summarising data, translation and localisation, or building simple workflows and automations, and an interest in helping the wider team work the same way.
- Analytics and reporting: working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) or Looker Studio, and confident Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Certifications: Google Ads or Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy or similar, or a willingness to complete them within your first few months.
- Sector interest: an interest in the higher education or student marketing sector, or in cross-border and international marketing more broadly.
- Content and design: basic skills in Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite for quick-turnaround assets.
- Project tools: exposure to project management or reporting tools.
