PingCo is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead and execute product-focused marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role is responsible for developing the overall product marketing strategy, creating compelling content and campaigns, and managing the company’s social presence, website, and events. The ideal candidate will blend strategic marketing acumen with hands-on execution skills capable of developing messaging frameworks, crafting impactful assets (such as whitepapers, webinars, and sales presentations), and driving awareness of PingCo’s products in a competitive technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of PingCo products.
  • Partner closely with Product and Sales teams to translate technical features into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
  • Create messaging frameworks and collateral that differentiate PingCo products in the market.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging marketing materials including PowerPoint decks, product sheets, whitepapers, blogs, and case studies.
  • Coordinate and deliver webinars, videos, and digital campaigns that support product launches and thought leadership.
  • Manage content calendars across web, social, and email platforms ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Support internal communication of product updates through clear and visually engaging materials.
  • Oversee PingCo’s website content and updates, ensuring product pages are accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimised.
  • Manage PingCo’s social media presence, building engagement and visibility through strategic posting, storytelling, and community management.
  • Leverage analytics to track campaign performance and optimise digital content for engagement and conversion.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver product-focused webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Develop event collateral, manage logistics, and ensure post-event follow-up and lead capture.
  • Represent the PingCo brand professionally across all public-facing channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) to demonstrate ROI and inform strategy.
  • Ensure all product marketing activities are aligned with PingCo’s broader brand and communications strategy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a product marketing or content marketing role (preferably in SaaS, IT, or telecommunications).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for technical products.
  • WordPress experience is essential.
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with experience producing sales and marketing materials (presentations, whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and website content (WordPress).
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret marketing data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
