We are currently seeking an accomplished and visionary Design Manager or Senior Architect to lead the design and coordination of major high-rise building projects in the UAE. This role is best suited for a senior-level professional with strong architectural leadership, technical excellence, and extensive project delivery experience within the region.

With over 720 successfully delivered projects, the firm is renowned for its expertise across residential towers, luxury villas, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial developments. Their practice combines deep local knowledge with cutting-edge design thinking and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Design Leadership
- Direct the design process for high-rise and large-scale buildings from concept through to delivery.
- Ensure alignment between design vision, client expectations, and project deliverables.
- Guide the production of concept designs, detailed documentation, and visual presentations.
- Project & Team Management
- Oversee multidisciplinary design teams, providing mentorship and ensuring high performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to achieve integrated design solutions.
- Manage timelines, resources, and quality standards throughout project phases.
- Regulatory & Client Coordination
- Ensure designs comply with UAE building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
- Liaise directly with clients and authorities, representing the design team in coordination meetings.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience: 10+ years of architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on high-rise and large-scale developments. Prior experience delivering projects in the UAE or wider GCC region is essential.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead design teams, resolve complex challenges, and manage stakeholder expectations. Proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and BIM platforms. Strong presentation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Professional accreditation is an advantage.
- Language: Fluency in Russian is essential due to the nature of the firm's client base and internal team communication.
