We are looking for a Remote Payroll Analyst to process payroll in a fast-growing, industry-leading technology company. You will report to the Payroll Manager. Candidates for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of experience processing payroll.
You will:
- Own all aspects of multi-country EMEA and APAC payroll processing from start to finish liaising with the 3rd party payroll providers.
- Manage end to end payroll processes, including data validation, payroll calculations, statutory deductions, benefit coordination and post payroll reconciliation.
- Review and verify employee data changes, auditing pay results, processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, final paychecks, and year end process.
- Partner with People, Benefits, Accounting and Operations teams to ensure alignment on payroll processes, policies and controls.
- Monitor changes in local labor laws and ensure compliance with updated regulations.
- Provide customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions and payroll process.
- Assist with audits by compiling requested data from internal and external audits.
You have:
- Experience processing multi-country payrolls for 2+ years.
- The ability to carefully perform comprehensive reconciliations to identify variances, analyze root causes and identify/correct errors.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
- Must be highly proficient in Excel (use of pivot tables).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Openness to learning and adapting to process changes.
- CIPP certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience using Ultimate Software (UltiPro, UKG) & Cloud pay for payroll processing is a plus!
