The team’s average billing is $400k per head, and the bonus scheme is up to 45%. What do we do? Understanding client expectations through full job descriptions. Interviewing jobseekers to assess skills and personality. Shortlisting candidates for live vacancies with a focus on quality over quantity. Collaborating with the Resourcing team to target specific candidates for live vacancies. Preparing candidates for interviews with detailed client information. Networking to raise personal profile in the market.
