I’m working with several established & growing recruitment businesses in Watford, Berkhamsted, St Albans & surrounding areas who are actively looking for experienced recruiters (min 1 year) & doing it properly (real briefs, realistic targets, & leadership that understands recruitment & wants you to progress). These roles are suited to recruiters who already know the role of a 360/180 recruiter but want better desks, better support, & better progression.
