Ping-HR Ltd are proud to be representing a well-established international business within the professional services sector, currently looking to hire an organised and proactive L&D & HR Assistant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking to develop further within Learning & Development and People Operations.

The Role

  • You will support the HR and L&D teams with day-to-day administration, onboarding, reporting, training coordination, and employee communications.
  • The position will gradually become more focused towards Learning & Development as the role progresses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing HR administration and employee records
  • Producing HR reports and maintaining documentation
  • Coordinating training sessions and inductions
  • Managing training calendars, attendance, and feedback
  • Supporting the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Assisting with internal HR and training communications

About You

  • Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
