Responsibilities:
- Managing 2 to 3 resourcers
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
- Set weekly/monthly objectives for the team
- Complete monthly performance reviews
- Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression
- Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance
- Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest
- Become an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available
- Work with the Director to map staff career progression for the team
- Constantly improve processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivity
- Show commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplace
- Coach and support your team through being tenacious and motivational
Requirements:
- Experience in the agency recruitment industry
- Managed or coached at least 2 resourcers at one time
- Staff training and on-boarding experience
- Capability management
- Staff support for under-performers
