A specialist recruitment consultancy in London is looking for an experienced consultant to join its small team.

The business works across digital advertising, cyber and information security, network security, infrastructure and DevOps, cloud, and software development. It supports clients with permanent and contract hiring, with a focus on building expertise and lasting relationships within specialist markets.

This is a chance to take genuine ownership of a market and help grow the business alongside its owner. You’ll have the freedom to develop client and candidate relationships, supported by structured training and mentorship. As one of the early hires, you’ll also have a clear route into management and leadership as the team grows.

The owner has a long-term plan to sell the business in approximately 12 years. They’re keen to meet someone who is motivated by the opportunity to help build its value and share in its future success.

The package

• Competitive salary and uncapped commission of up to 35%
