We’re working with a growing, values-driven recruitment business specialising in the education sector. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their Brentford team and support schools with high-quality staffing solutions. You don’t need to come from an education recruitment background — the team welcomes consultants from any sector who are driven, relationship-focused, and keen to learn. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across temporary and permanent roles
- Build strong, long-term relationships with schools, academies, and candidates
- Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff
- Proactively develop new business through outreach, networking, and market research
- Ensure all placements meet safeguarding and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Achieve agreed KPIs and revenue targets
