Ping-HR is representing a growing recruitment business based in Derby that specialises within the engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to manage and develop existing engineering accounts. This is a fully remote opportunity, however candidates must have previous experience working within a fast-paced agency recruitment environment and be confident managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.

The Role

  • Managing existing engineering recruitment accounts
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Managing the full recruitment process from qualification through to placement
  • Advertising vacancies, screening candidates and arranging interviews
  • Working closely with delivery teams and hiring managers
  • Ensuring excellent communication and service levels throughout the process
  • Supporting business growth through account development opportunities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ agency recruitment experience within engineering recruitment
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A proactive and commercial approach
