Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy industrial client in Mansfield. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a keen eye for detail. You will act as the key point of contact between the client, candidates, and the recruitment team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily recruitment activities for onsite industrial operations
- Manage candidate onboarding, inductions, and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, shifts, and performance
- Act as the first point of contact for all onsite workforce queries
- Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Support workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor absence, lateness, and performance, escalating issues where necessary
- Assist with payroll data collation and timesheet management
