We're partnering with an established recruitment agency based in a fantastic Watford office, looking to add Recruitment Consultants at all levels to their team. They work across various sectors - so no two days (or desks) look the same.

Whether you're early in your recruitment career or have a few years under your belt, if you're driven, target-focused, and want to build something with a supportive, high-performing team around you, this could be a great fit.

The Role

  • Managing the recruitment process across a mix of HR, finance, and tech vacancies
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Working towards KPIs and personal targets
  • Collaborating closely with a close-knit, established team based onsite

What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment experience at any level - open to your industry background
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and hitting targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Happy to be onsite 5 days a week initially, moving to hybrid after probation
  • Self-motivated with a genuine drive to succeed in recruitment
