We are looking for an ambitious Facilities Management Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Central London. The Role

As an FM Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients across the Facilities Management and Property Services sector. Depending on the structure of your role, responsibilities may include:

  • 360 Recruitment Consultant
    • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
    • Building and developing relationships with clients across the FM sector
    • Generating new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
    • Managing client accounts and understanding hiring needs
    • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
    • Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
  • 180 Recruitment Consultant
    • Working closely with senior consultants to deliver recruitment campaigns
    • Sourcing and engaging high-quality FM candidates
    • Screening and interviewing candidates
    • Managing candidate pipelines and shortlists
    • Coordinating interviews and offer processes
    • Building long-term relationships with candidates
