About the Role: My client, a global leader in Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Renewable Energy, is now hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead and grow their Renewables division across Europe. With a purpose-driven approach and a growing international presence, they’re looking for someone commercially minded and strategic to take full ownership of this high-potential, rapidly evolving area of the business. As part of their continued expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape and scale their renewables offering, with the autonomy to build out a successful team and market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Renewables division
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the renewable energy sector
  • Lead from the front – win business, pitch, and represent the Shirley Parsons brand at a senior level
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a specialist team of consultants
  • Identify new market opportunities across wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage, and related fields
  • Collaborate with marketing and talent functions to support brand visibility and candidate attraction
  • Monitor commercial performance, P&L responsibility, and key KPIs
  • Play a key role in shaping the wider growth of the business as part of the leadership team

  • Proven track record in recruitment with exposure to renewables, sustainability
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience growing and managing a team
  • Confident in BD and account growth within competitive markets
