Job Title: Head of Renewables
Location: Hybrid β UK (with access to one of our UK offices)
Salary: Β£65k – Β£70k + Share Options

About the Role:
My client, a global leader in Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Renewable Energy, is now hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead and grow their Renewables division across Europe. With a purpose-driven approach and a growing international presence, theyβre looking for someone commercially minded and strategic to take full ownership of this high-potential, rapidly evolving area of the business.
As part of their continued expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape and scale their renewables offering, with the autonomy to build out a successful team and market presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
π Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Renewables division
π Build and maintain strong client relationships within the renewable energy sector
π Lead from the front β win business, pitch, and represent the Shirley Parsons brand at a senior level
π Recruit, develop, and manage a specialist team of consultants
π Identify new market opportunities across wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage, and related fields
π Collaborate with marketing and talent functions to support brand visibility and candidate attraction
π Monitor commercial performance, P&L responsibility, and key KPIs
π Play a key role in shaping the wider growth of the business as part of the leadership team
What Weβre Looking For:

β‘ Strong commercial acumen with experience growing and managing a team
β‘ Confident in BD and account growth within competitive markets
β‘ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
