The opportunity

This role will suit an experienced recruitment leader with a strong commercial mindset & a proven track record of managing client relationships, & leading high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across key markets
  • Driving sales performance and implementing strategic growth plans
  • Building long-term client relationships and generating contractor requirements
  • Managing forecasts, reporting, and performance against financial objectives
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing consultants to achieve individual and team targets
  • Supporting the wider management of sales and operational activity across the business

Please note this is a NON-BILLING ROLE.
