We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making across a growing, international business. This role will work closely with senior leadership while leading and developing the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, cash flow, payroll, and financial controls
  • Lead and manage finance teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Support senior stakeholders with financial analysis, reporting, and business insights
  • Maintain and improve internal controls, processes, and financial procedures
  • Monitor working capital, including debtors and creditors, and support cash flow management
  • Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and long-term financial strategy
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally at Financial Controller level
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and controls
  • Experience managing or mentoring finance teams
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
