An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and ambitious education recruitment business based in London. Due to continued growth, we are looking to speak with experienced recruiters who are looking to develop their career within the education sector.
We are open to speaking with recruiters from any temporary recruitment background, including industrial, driving, healthcare, commercial, hospitality or construction recruitment, who are looking for a fresh challenge and a long-term career opportunity.
- Managing and developing relationships with schools and education professionals
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Business development and account management
- Managing the full recruitment process from registration through to placement
- Working within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment
Previous experience within recruitment (education experience not essential) is required. Experience working within a temp recruitment desk would be highly advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
