At Ping-HR, we're partnering with an established recruitment agency looking to bring on an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to grow their Engineering & Manufacturing division. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone based in or around Birmingham who wants autonomy, earning potential, and a sector they already know inside out.
The Role
You'll take full ownership of your desk, covering the complete recruitment lifecycle within engineering and manufacturing:
- Business development to build and grow your own client portfolio
- Managing vacancies end-to-end, from initial brief through to placement
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across the sector
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Working towards personal revenue targets with full autonomy over your desk
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years' recruitment experience, specifically within engineering or manufacturing
- Solid 360 recruitment experience – you're comfortable managing the full cycle, from BD to delivery
- A full, valid driving licence (client visits will be part of the role)
- A proven ability to build and manage your own client base
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
