Ping-HR Ltd are proud to be representing a well-established international business within the professional services sector, currently looking to hire an organised and proactive L&D & HR Assistant to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking to develop further within Learning & Development and People Operations.
You will support the HR and L&D teams with day-to-day administration, onboarding, reporting, training coordination, and employee communications. The position will gradually become more focused towards Learning & Development as the role progresses.
- Managing HR administration and employee records
- Producing HR reports and maintaining documentation
- Assisting with internal HR and training communications
Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience is essential.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
