Aylesbury | Remote with 1 Day a Week in Office

Experienced in construction recruitment? Fancy the flexibility of a remote-first role while still having a base to touch down at once a week? At Ping-HR, we're partnering with a well-established construction recruitment agency looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to their Trades & Labour team. You'll work remotely for the majority of the week, with just one day required in the Aylesbury office.

The Role

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle within the trades and labour space.
  • Business development to build and grow your client portfolio across London, Herts, and Reading.
  • Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement.
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing trades and labour candidates.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiating rates and offers, and managing the process start to finish.
  • Working towards individual revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience recruiting within construction, ideally trades and labour.
  • Confidence building a client base across London and the surrounding Herts/Reading area.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with the self-discipline to manage your own desk.
  • A motivated, target-driven approach.
